where are you located?

sunroom studio is CENTRALLY located at 1001 se water ave in the eastbank commerce center. the entrance to the building is below the big clock in the WEST-FACING courtyard (opposite side of clark lewis).

where do i park?

WE HAVE ONE RESERVED SPOT IN THE COURTYARD, LOOK FOR THE SIGN LABELED SUNROOM. Should you need additional parking, THERE are a few pay-to-park spots IN THE LOT AND STREET PARKING IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD.

is it easy to load in/out?

very! there is both an elevator and a freight elevator.

how do i book?

navigate to our booking page, CHOOSE the amount of time you’ll need, select the day and time, agree to the studio rules, and YOu’re set! we will send out a confirmation email followed by a studio guide.

when is the lighting best in the studio?

because we have both north and SOUTH-FACING windows, you’re GUARANTEED to get CONSISTENT light throughout the day. our NORTH-FACING room has even light. our SOUTH-FACING room (the sunroom, as we call it), has direct sunlight on sunny days and bright even light on cloudy days. Both rooms have pull down shades to block the light if you’re shooting with strobe.

do you allow pets?

we love all well-behaved pets :)

do you have a kitchen?

we don’t have a kitchen in our space. however, we do have a mini fridge, a keurig, and a kettle. there is also a small communal kitchen (sink + microwave) down the hallway from our studio.

what if i need to cancel or reschedule?

you have a 24-HOUR window to cancel your booking and RECEIVE a full refund. if you need to RESCHEDULE your booking less than a week before the shoot, there will be a $50 rescheduling fee. all other cancellations will RECEIVE studio credit.
